Do I have to be available at a certain time for the live sessions?
Attending live is entirely optional, and you can always go back and view it later. All these videos will be uploaded into a course option for you.

The event is set up to support you exactly where you’re at, to help you set a realistic goal to just make some quick & powerful progress on the 8th, you don’t need to do everything all at once to start feeling better.
